COVID-19 Update 04/2/2020
We’re getting many questions about how we are currently seeing patients. Here is some information to help.
- If your child is due for a well visit, we are still scheduling these appointments. Many important vaccines are given throughout age 2 and then again at 5 years old and Jr. High age. In addition to vaccines, a full exam is given and developmental milestones are reviewed and discussed. Our offices have always been and continue to be clean, safe places to bring your children.
- We are offering telehealth visits for virtually any appointment with the exception of well child visits. Well child visits require a full examination and often vaccines which must be done in person. If the provider on telehealth determines that your child needs to be seen in person, there will only be 1 charge for the combined telehealth and in-office visit.
- We are pre-checking in patients and bringing them straight from their car to an exam room so that we do not have anyone sitting in our waiting rooms.
- We have dedicated our Orem office to handle all respiratory cases such as Influenza, COVID-19, and so on. Our staff in Orem is using all required personal protective equipment and will take every precaution to prevent contamination of other patients or staff.
- Our night clinic locations have changed temporarily in response to the current pandemic. Our Saratoga Springs office will no longer be open for night clinics and we are diverting all night clinic patients with COVID 19 symptoms to our Orem office which is open from 6pm -8:30 pm. Our Pleasant Grove office will remain open for night clinic from 6-10 pm on weeknights.
- Due to the difficulty of having our patients coming and going from the Mountain Point Medical Center, we have temporarily moved our Traverse Mountain office to our Lehi location. Dr. Pavich has appointments available in the Lehi location today!
