David. S. Johnson, M.D. |
Dr.
Johnson received his Bachelors Degree from BYU
and his Medical Degree from University of
Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. He completed his
pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship at
Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. Dr.
Johnson is board certified in pediatrics and
neonatology. He opened Alpine Pediatrics in 1997.
Dr. Johnson has a particular interest in newborn
care, but enjoys all aspects of pediatrics. He and
his wife Joan have seven children and twelve
grandchildren. His hobbies include: gardening,
landscaping and spending time with his
grandchildren. |

Brett K. Knorr, M.D. |
Dr.
Knorr received his Bachelors Degree from
BYU and his Medical Degree from University of Utah
Medical School. He did his
pediatric residency at the University of Wisconsin
in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Knorr is board certified in pediatrics. He
joined Alpine Pediatrics in 1999.
Dr. Knorr has a special interest in sports
medicine. He and
his wife Gina have four children. His hobbies include:
fishing, boating and spending time with his
family. |

D. Todd Whiting, M.D. |
Dr.
Whiting received his Bachelors Degree from
BYU and his Medical Degree and MBA from the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Whiting
completed his
pediatric residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in
Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Whiting is board certified in pediatrics. He
joined Alpine Pediatrics in 2000.
Dr. Whiting has a special interest in asthma and newborn
care. He and
his wife Christy have five children. His hobbies include:
golfing and spending time with his wife and
children. |

Beverly L. Vargo, M.D. |
Dr.
Vargo received her Bachelors Degree at
University of Michigan and her Medical Degree from
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She
completed
her
pediatric residency at University of Wisconsin
in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Vargo is board certified in pediatrics.
She joined Alpine Pediatrics in 2001.
Dr. Vargo enjoys all aspects of pediatrics. She and
her husband Dan live in Salt Lake City. When away
from the office, Dr. Vargo likes to go
fly fishing, hiking and skiing. |

Greg M. Pavich, M.D. |
Dr.
Pavich received his Bachelors and Medical Degree from
the University of Utah. He completed his
pediatric residency at Keesler Air Force Base in
Mississippi. Dr. Pavich is also a board certified
pediatrician. He joined Alpine Pediatrics in 2002.
Dr. Pavich has a special interest in asthma,
diabetes, children who are developmentally delayed
and have behavioral disorders. He and
his wife Marie have four children. His hobbies include:
golfing, mountain biking, gardening and spending time with his
family. |

Bradley C. Arnold, M.D. |
Dr.
Arnold received his Bachelors Degree from
BYU and his Medical Degree from Emory University
Medical School in Atlanta, GA. He did his
pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies Hospital in
Cleveland, OH. Dr. Arnold is board certified in pediatrics. He
joined Alpine Pediatrics in 2002.
Dr. Arnold has a special interest in sports
medicine and asthma but loves all aspects of pediatrics. He and
his wife Kristin have five children. His hobbies include:
skiing, camping, hiking, basketball, volleyball
and spending time with his family. |

William F. Edwards, M.D. |
Dr.
Edwards, a board certified pediatrician,
joined Alpine Pediatrics in July 2004. He received
his Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University
and his Medical Degree from University of Utah
Medical School. Dr. Edwards completed his pediatric
residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi.
His practice will include the full range of
pediatric care with a particular interest in asthma
and allergies, and ADHD. He works at the
Saratoga Springs office. He and
his wife Cheryl have four sons, and enjoys running,
hiking and camping. |

Weston E. Spencer, M.D. |
Dr.
Spencer received his Bachelors Degree from BYU
and his Medical Degree from Pennsylvania State
University in Hershey, PA.
He completed his pediatric residency at
Stanford University Medical Center in California.
Dr. Spencer joined Alpine Pediatrics in
2006. Dr.
Spencer enjoys all aspects of pediatrics with
particular interest in cardiology and hematology.
He and his wife Emily have four children.
Dr. Spencer’s hobbies include camping,
mountain biking, woodworking, and spending time
with his family. |
